ACTIVITY SUMMARY

Chase Tag is a dynamic and strategic pursuit sport that transforms the traditional game of tag into a competitive discipline by incorporating techniques and movements from parkour. The concept is simple: one player chases while the other dodges, all within a metal structure. Agility, speed, quick direction changes, and smart use of obstacles are the keys to winning. Chase Tag develops speed, coordination, reflexes, explosiveness, and decision-making skills. Fun and accessible, it encourages participants to push their limits in a safe environment suitable for all levels.
COMPOSITION AND DURATION
1 - INTRODUCTORY PACKAGES :
Description: After a quick briefing on the rules, the participant becomes either a chaser (the one pursuing) or a runner (the one escaping). They jump into fast-paced and dynamic rounds. Participants learn movement and escape strategies safely under the supervision of experienced instructors. Players alternate roles to maximize the challenge. Each round lasts 20 seconds. Participants can also try to face our instructor — good luck!
The chases take place with a timer displayed on a screen, clearly visible for both participants and spectators. The atmosphere resembles that of a competition: the audience cheers for the players while the speaker comments on the action and announces the starts, creating a spectacular, engaging, and friendly event.
This activity can take place both outdoors and indoors. Beginner traceurs leave with a certificate highlighting their new skills!

Description: The initiation is an educational and fun training session. The goal is to discover the basics of Chase Tag: dodging techniques, chasing, direction changes, spatial awareness, and the use of parkour-inspired obstacles. Instructors propose progressive exercises to develop speed, coordination, reflexes, and decision-making. Mini-games and chase situations are then set up to refine offensive and defensive strategies.
The idea is to offer an activity similar to a large collective game rather than a traditional class. At the end of the workshop, participants can compete in Chase Tag matches. This activity can take place both outdoors and indoors. Participants leave with a certificate highlighting their new skills!
