A team of astronauts is sent on an unusual mission: to explore planet Earth. A mysterious world where low gravity grants them extraordinary abilities, allowing the crew to defy the laws of physics as we know them.

As they encounter the inhabitants of planet Earth, the members of the expedition test their limits and observe this world with wonder, in an adventure where reality and travel intertwine.
During their extravehicular activities, with grace and agility and while defying the void, the members of the galactic mission move through the streets, across rooftops and building facades, performing breathtaking acrobatics, as if the ground itself were pushing them to fly.

Through this suspended moment of discovery, the crew questions the place of the outsider: strangers to the Earth they are exploring. As they move through these spaces, the crew transforms the ordinary into the extraordinary. Through the universal language of the body, they carry a message of tolerance, curiosity, and openness toward others.

Technical description :

The performance is based on numerous obstacle crossings, balancing acts, urban climbing and acrobatic figures. It includes various somersaults, flips over the audience, building climbs, ... The team is mixed, composed of jumping stilts performers and ground acrobats. The performance is interactive with the audience. The acrobats are urban sports athletes. The costumes are illuminated and smoky. The animation has sound.

COMPOSITION AND DURATION

PARADE

Parade performance following location scouting on the same day. Use of public spaces, urban furniture, buildings, ... Short stops to present fixed scenes. Possibility to offer sound-enhanced static shows of up to 20 minutes. 

On-site presence : 1 day, the day of the performance

Duration : 2 hours 30 minutes (preferably divided into several sets)

Number of performers : 2 to 8 jumping stilts performers and acrobats

Sound system : yes 

SHOW 

A show leading spectators along a route punctuated with incredible scenes (rooftop acrobatics, urban climbs, ground acrobatics, ...)

Or a fully choreographed and rehearsed 360-degree show performed in a square, a street, ...

The show is sound-enhanced. (poster available by email)
