Rediscovering the environment around us, Parkour is an acrobatic urban sport that involves overcoming urban or natural obstacles with quick and agile movements, without any equipment. The goal is to move efficiently using only one's physical abilities across different types of environments. Freedom of movement encourages creativity and independence. Each participant leaving our workshop receives a certificate reflecting their skills.

- Routine creation: participants collectively work with instructors to create an acrobatic routine. Strengthening group cohesion, they discover the hidden side of performance (music, costumes, stage setup, etc.). A professional acrobat supervises the routine to showcase acrobatic possibilities. The routine can be presented to an audience at the end of the workshop. It is recommended to schedule these sessions over several consecutive days.

- Advanced training: each day, traceurs learn new skills to become true acrobats.
