Description: The workshop is designed to guide participants to learn and refine their stunt skills. It starts with a course identical to the initiation formula above. Then, two objectives are possible:
- Routine creation: Participants, together with instructors, engage in an artistic process to create a routine. Strengthening group cohesion, they discover the behind-the-scenes of a show (music selection, costume creation, props, etc.). A professional stunt performer supervises and demonstrates the possibilities of the art. The routine can be presented to an audience, for example at the end of a leisure center program. It is recommended to schedule these sessions over several consecutive days.
- Skill advancement: Each day, participants learn new stunt techniques to improve agility, balance, and self-confidence.
